GoHighLevel + AI automation systems, engineered end to end. See what we build

Case studies

Architectures, not adjectives.

You can check whether a system design makes sense. You cannot check a percentage. So we publish the architecture now and the numbers when a client has approved them.

Why the results sections are empty

Most agency case studies contain figures nobody can verify. We have chosen not to publish any until clients approve specific numbers we can stand behind. That looks worse than a page of invented percentages, and it is the only version we are willing to put our name to.

Until then

What clients said about the work itself

Transcribed word for word from completed Upwork contracts — including the short ones. Every quote links to the screenshot it came from, so you can check we have not written our own. Upwork does not publish client names on these, so each is attributed to the contract rather than to a name we would have had to invent.

Hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had with a freelancer on Upwork. Saad and his team made everything super clear, communication was easy, and they were always available on Zoom whenever needed. They were kind, proactive, and honestly felt like an extension of my own team rather than just a contractor.

Their understanding of GoHighLevel automation is top-tier, very innovative, and they were able to work independently and even solve problems that were out of scope without being asked. Loved working with them and will absolutely be my go-to GoHighLevel experts moving forward. Highly recommend.

Roofing company — storm-surge call capture

Client: Pending: CLIENT NAME

The problem

Storm weeks generated more inbound calls in seventy-two hours than the office handled in a normal month, and crews physically could not answer while working. Callers rang down a list until someone picked up.

What existed

A shared inbox, a wall calendar and a mobile number that rang whoever was nearest. No record of missed calls, so the scale of the loss was invisible.

What we built

Call logging to establish the real baseline, then missed-call text-back, an AI receptionist for surge and after-hours coverage, territory-based survey booking, and an estimate follow-up sequence.

System architecture
  1. TriggerStorm call arrivesOften several at once
  2. AIAI answersAddress and damage type captured
  3. ConditionIn service area?Postcode check
  4. ActionSurvey bookedAssigned by territory
  5. OutcomeEstimate issuedFollow-up sequence begins

Results

Awaiting client approval. We do not publish figures we cannot evidence.

How to read a case study critically

Most case studies are unfalsifiable. A percentage uplift with no stated baseline, no measurement window and no named client cannot be checked by anyone, which means it carries no information — it is a claim wearing the clothes of evidence.

Three questions worth asking of any case study, including ours:

  • What was the baseline, and how was it measured? A business that never logged missed calls cannot report a percentage improvement in answering them. If the baseline is not stated, the improvement is an estimate.
  • Over what period? A result measured across a seasonal peak says something different from one measured across a year.
  • Does the architecture explain the outcome? This is the one you can actually evaluate without trusting anybody. If the described system would not plausibly produce the claimed result, the number is decorative.

Why we publish architecture first

Because it is the part you can verify. You can look at a system design and judge whether it makes sense, whether it handles the edge cases you have encountered, and whether the person who built it had done it before. That is a better basis for a decision than a number you have no way to check.

The outcome sections fill in as clients approve figures. Until then they stay visibly empty rather than being filled with something plausible.

We'll walk you through a live build on a call, which is more useful than any case study we could write.
