Guides
The checklists we actually work from.
Step-by-step, in the order we do them, including the steps that are easy to skip and expensive to have skipped.

10 steps
Agency client onboarding for GoHighLevel
The first two weeks decide whether a client is profitable or a permanent support burden. This is the sequence, including the compliance items that block go-live if left late.
10 steps
AI voice agent launch checklist
A voice agent that fails badly is worse than no agent at all, because the caller experiences being dismissed rather than merely being missed. These are the checks worth making first.

Choosing between Make, n8n, Zapier and native automation
The platform matters less than where you put the logic. Here is the decision method, and the question that settles most of these arguments in about a minute.

How to design CRM pipelines and stages
The default pipeline describes how the software works, not how you sell. Here is how to design one people keep accurate, and why that matters more than any reporting feature.

How to build a first-response system
Almost every business has a rule for what happens when a lead arrives. Almost none have a rule for what happens when nobody acts on it. That second rule is the whole system.

How to audit GoHighLevel workflows
Inherited accounts accumulate workflows nobody remembers building. This is the method we use to find out what is actually running, what is broken, and what is quietly duplicating messages.
9 steps
GoHighLevel account audit checklist
Inherited an account nobody can explain? This is the order we check things, and what usually turns out to be wrong.
10 steps
GoHighLevel migration checklist
Migrations fail quietly. This is the sequence we follow, including the verification step most cutover plans skip.
Why these are checklists rather than articles
Implementation goes wrong in sequence, not in principle. Almost nobody fails a GoHighLevel migration because they misunderstood what a migration is — they fail it because number porting was started in week three instead of week one, or because the cutover happened on a feeling that things looked fine rather than against a written verification list.
So these documents are ordered. Each step is where it is because doing it later costs more, and the steps that are easiest to skip are called out explicitly.
How to use them
If you are doing the work yourself, work top to bottom and do not reorder for convenience. The sequence is the content. If you are evaluating someone else's proposal, compare it against the relevant checklist — a plan that omits parallel running, or that treats compliance registration as a launch-week task, is a plan that will slip.
What these do not cover
Strategy. None of these guides will tell you whether to migrate, what to automate first, or whether AI agents suit your business. Those are judgement questions and the answers depend on your situation. The blog takes positions on some of them; the FAQ answers the common ones directly.
