What to expect
How quickly will you reply?
Same working day for enquiries that arrive during the week, and Monday for anything that lands over the weekend. We are remote across several timezones, so "working day" is generously interpreted.
What happens after I send this?
We read it, and if it looks like something we can genuinely help with we propose a time for a strategy call. If it is not a fit we will say so and, where we can, point you at someone better suited. We would rather do that than take a call to be polite.
Do I need to know what I want built?
No. Plenty of enquiries start as "leads are falling through and I do not know where". Working out what should exist is the first part of the job, not a prerequisite for getting in touch.
Do you work with businesses outside the US?
Yes. We deliver remotely across the US, UK, Australia, the UAE, Canada, the Philippines and elsewhere, and we schedule calls in your timezone rather than ours.
