Quick answer
What is GoHighLevel SaaS Mode?
SaaS Mode is a GoHighLevel feature that lets an agency resell the platform as its own branded software product. It handles automated client sign-up, subscription billing through Stripe, per-client sub-account provisioning from a snapshot, and rebilling of usage-based costs such as SMS, calls and email.
SaaS Mode changes what an agency sells. Instead of billing for implementation hours, it bills a recurring subscription for access to a platform the client experiences as the agency’s own.
The prerequisite is a repeatable offer. If an agency’s last five builds were substantially different, SaaS Mode adds a billing and provisioning layer over an inconsistency problem — the plans do not map to what is actually delivered.
Rebilling is the component most often skipped. It passes usage costs to the client with the agency’s margin applied. Without it, the agency absorbs costs that scale with client activity, which makes the most engaged clients the least profitable.

- GoHighLevelGoHighLevel is an all-in-one sales and marketing platform that combines CRM and pipelines, workflow automation, funnels and websites, calendars, email, SMS and phone calling in one system. It is aimed at marketing agencies and small businesses, and supports white-label reselling under an agency's own brand.
- GoHighLevel SnapshotA GoHighLevel snapshot is a reusable template of a sub-account containing its pipelines, workflows, funnels, calendars, custom fields, forms and campaigns. Loading a snapshot into a new sub-account recreates that configuration in minutes, which lets agencies deliver repeatable client builds instead of rebuilding each one.
- White LabelWhite labelling means a product or service is delivered under another company's brand rather than the producer's. In agency fulfilment, a specialist team builds systems that the agency presents to its client as its own work, with the fulfilment partner remaining invisible to the end client.
