GoHighLevel SaaS Mode

Quick answer

What is GoHighLevel SaaS Mode?

SaaS Mode is a GoHighLevel feature that lets an agency resell the platform as its own branded software product. It handles automated client sign-up, subscription billing through Stripe, per-client sub-account provisioning from a snapshot, and rebilling of usage-based costs such as SMS, calls and email.

SaaS Mode changes what an agency sells. Instead of billing for implementation hours, it bills a recurring subscription for access to a platform the client experiences as the agency’s own.

The prerequisite is a repeatable offer. If an agency’s last five builds were substantially different, SaaS Mode adds a billing and provisioning layer over an inconsistency problem — the plans do not map to what is actually delivered.

Rebilling is the component most often skipped. It passes usage costs to the client with the agency’s margin applied. Without it, the agency absorbs costs that scale with client activity, which makes the most engaged clients the least profitable.
